"Everything in life is connected somehow. You may have to dig deep to find it, but it's there. Everything is the same even though it's different. Somehow everything connects back with your life. The faces in the certain places may be different, but the situation is the same. Irony is a hidden factor that creeps around us in life, letting its presence felt only after it has left. Picture back a year ago and the situation you were in. Look at how things are different yet somehow everything is still in someway cognate. Everything connects together to form the balance of life, to maintain structure. Change is, and always will be inevitable, but everything is relative, and all the moments and times in your life will come back around again, you just might find yourself on the other side of the coin. Things are always changing, as fast as everything stays the same."
We started today off with a big breakfast and decided it wouldn't be a trip to Colorado without going to Estes Park. It's easily the coolest town in the whole state and we just spent a few hours walking the streets, going into stores, and definitely couldn't leave without stopping at the candy store.
Today, we woke up and drove up the mountain. We stopped at everything we thought looked cool on the way and ended up seeing a shrine, Buffalo Bill's grave, people parachuting, and tons of awesome scenery. We ended up back in downtown Denver and walked the 16 blocks of stores where there were performers, horse carriages, and lots of awesome people watching.
Me and my parents left for Colorado today. This time we decided to stay somewhere other than our usual and picked Golden. It was a suburb of Denver and we spent a lot of time down there. We walked around this place where there were tons of bikers and runners, with bridges and lots of water. Then we went to an Aquarium Restaurant and headed back to the hotel.
Originally, I was driving home from taking a test, and saw that the sky was really awesome. So I was chasing the sun to take a picture, and took a random wrong turn and missed it entirely. So, this is what I got instead.
I am absolutely loving Fall. Last year, we didn't even get to experience it because there was snow on the ground instead of leaves! But this year, I forgot how much I really love it. Cool mornings, sunrises, warm days, crunchy leaves, sunsets, cold nights, and tons of awesome colors!
I was in Columbus this weekend and noticed that the trees there are changing so much faster than in Lincoln! This picture doesn't even capture how awesome they really looked, but I was kind of busy all day! Hopefully they start changing here soon, because that's my favorite!
I took some pictures at my best friends brothers wedding this weekend. Her mom planned the entire thing. They had it in their backyard and it was one of the coolest weddings I've ever been to!
I went over to my brothers tonight to watch the game, and after we scored a few times he decided it was time to pull out the sweatshirt. I couldn't even believe he still had it! I remember my dad wearing that sweatshirt forever ago! You can switch the name of the team we're playing with velcro. Awesome!
Everyday on the walk into class I get mad that I left my camera in my car, and today I remembered! East campus is so pretty in the fall, here's a little part of it, but the trees haven't even changed here yet!
I have been reading a ton lately, not just for lots of classes, but finally on my own too. I really love to read, but sometimes it's really hard to fit it in when I have so much other homework. I finally have had some time and just finished a really good book. Hopefully I don't have as much homework the next few weeks so I can cross of some books on my list!
Today I had an awesome shoot with the Krivolavek's! Ezven started out a little grumpy, but after some jumping, chasing his parents, and saying "Cheese!" he loosened up and smiled a lot! Can't wait to show you the rest!
Today was the perfect fall day. I woke up early, got ready, and went to the Farmer's Market for the last time this year. Then, I headed to Gretna to Vala's Pumpkin Patch with some of my family. The weather was great and I love going there every year! I came back to Lincoln and spent the night watching movies and eating ice cream. This is why Fall is my favorite season!
