"It's been a summer"

August 22
Here's some people at Big Red Welcome today...

I'm finally all moved in to my new house in Lincoln and summer ends tomorrow. It really was the fastest summer I've ever experienced. I feel like I just moved out of my apartment and back to Columbus, but it's already over.

I started the summer out in Hawaii, my entire family went, rented a house on the beach, and had a really good time. We went to a luau, on a sunset dinner cruise, snorkeling, helicopter rides, para-sailing, time at the beach, shopping, and just spent time relaxing. It was a really awesome vacation, and I will definitely be making a trip back there sometime in the future.

I came back from Hawaii to work day camp at the YMCA in Columbus again. It really was the best job ever and I'm happy I've had this experience for the past 3 summers. I loved spending my summers with really awesome kids and some of my favorite people ever. I really enjoyed living in Columbus this summer, it was really tough to leave, and I definitely wasn't ready to move back to Lincoln.

Now, summer is over, and it feels like it just started. I'm all moved in, start classes tomorrow, and start another new job. Time is flying by!

“How did it get so late so soon? Its night before its afternoon. December is here before its June. My goodness how the time has flewn. How did it get so late so soon?”
